Assessments

Today there are hundreds of assessments and tools available to in the marketplace that are available to companies. Selecting the correct tool for the job is important –  but it’s even more important to obtain the right counsel regarding how to work with these tools and use them effectively. We offer individual debriefs for all assessments, as well as customized workshops for small teams.

DISC – The DISC is a behavioral assessment tool that highlights behaviors associated with personality, reflecting how an individual uses their own skills and abilities to accomplish tasks and adapt to demands made on them by their environment. As a management tool, it may help you understand why team members or colleagues operate the way they do, what it is that concerns them, what motivates them, and the differing styles created by our behavioral tendencies. Simply stated, it helps people understand their teams and peers.

The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator is an introspective self-report questionnaire indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The test attempts to assign four categories: introversion or extraversion, sensing or intuition, thinking or feeling, judging or perceiving.

360 Benchmarks Assessment Suite – The 360 assessment is a method of systematically collecting opinions about an individual’s performance from peers, direct reports, the boss, the boss’s peers — along with people outside the organization, such as customers. With this 360-degree assessment approach, the person sees a more complete picture of themselves.

The Emotional Intelligence (EIQ-2) assessment helps you understand the way you apply your emotional intelligence in terms of style, preferences and behavior. It will help you clearly see how appropriately and effectively you apply your knowledge and feelings in a given situation. This understanding forms the basis for adjustments you can make in order to be more effective in the future, personally as well as professionally.

Energy Leadership Index – The Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI) provides you with a unique view of your levels of energy and explores how your beliefs may be working for or against you as you strive for what you want in your life. As certified ELI administrators, we’ll provide the insights into what stops you from the inside and what supports you. The results of your ELI are the beginning of the dialogue between you and True Depth.

Hartman Value Profile (HVP) is a unique assessment that measures each individual’s thinking style. An individual’s thinking style is defined by their problem-solving strengths, their problem-solving struggles and their ability to avoid the blind spots associated with situational bias. In essence, the HVP assessment measures – with uncanny accuracy – an individual’s unique thinking approach.
