Today there are hundreds of assessments and tools available to in the marketplace that are available to companies. Selecting the correct tool for the job is important –  but it’s even more important to obtain the right counsel regarding how to work with these tools and use them effectively. DISC – The DISC is a behavioral assessment tool that highlights behaviors associated with personality, reflecting how an individual uses their own skills and abilities to accomplish tasks and adapt to demands made on them by their environment. As a management tool, it may help you understand why team members or colleagues operate the way they do, what it is that concerns them, what motivates them, and the differing styles created by our behavioral tendencies. Simply stated, it helps people understand their teams and peers.

The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator is an introspective self-report questionnaire indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The test attempts to assign four categories: introversion or extraversion, sensing or intuition, thinking or feeling, judging or perceiving.

360 Benchmarks Assessment Suite – The 360 assessment is a method of systematically collecting opinions about an individual’s performance from peers, direct reports, the boss, the boss’s peers — along with people outside the organization, such as customers. With this 360-degree assessment approach, the person sees a more complete picture of themselves.

The Emotional Intelligence (EIQ-2) assessment helps you understand the way you apply your emotional intelligence in terms of style, preferences and behavior. It will help you clearly see how appropriately and effectively you apply your knowledge and feelings in a given situation.
